1. The service
KELO SkillRacer provides free typing lessons, mouse-skills games, and typing races. Core learning features are free and will remain free. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Who can use it
Anyone may play as a guest. Teacher accounts are for adults (18+). Teachers who add students confirm they have any authorization their school or local law requires.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not use automated tools to submit scores or manipulate leaderboards.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as full names, addresses, or ID numbers) into student labels or lesson content.
- Do not generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks.
3a. Paid plans
- Teacher Pro and Family Pro are subscriptions for adults. They renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from “Manage billing” on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed after that.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your subscription.
- If a payment fails, Pro features continue for a short grace period, then your account returns to the free plan. Your classes and data are not deleted.
- Refunds are handled case by case — contact us. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
- Core learning (all lessons, mouse games and races) remains free and is never placed behind a paid plan.
4. Virtual rewards
XP, coins, badges, cars, and characters are for fun only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged, and may be reset.
5. Content
All lessons, games, characters, artwork, and code are owned by Gammelia Technocity LLC unless noted. You may print certificates and classroom materials for non-commercial educational use.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
