Questions
Do students ever pay?
No. Students and guests never see a paywall for core learning. Paid plans belong to a teacher or parent account, and that adult's students or children get the Pro extras automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use “Manage billing” on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to classes above the free limit after I cancel?
They stay. You just can't add new classes or students beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.
Do you offer school or district pricing?
Yes — contact us for purchase orders or several teacher licenses.
